It seems actor Lane Garrison has at a court hearing every week– and it’s for a good reason — it’s the only way he can talk to his attorney and family right now, RumorFix has learned.
The Prison Break actor, who is charge with assaulting his ex- girlfriend Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly, is in solitary confinement at the LA County Jail for his own safety.
That means he can’t make phone calls — and his own attorney is having a hard time talking to the actor.
While the judge can’t control what happens in the jail, he can dictate what happens in court — so on Friday Garrison was allowed to talk to his attorney, make a phone call and he was granted 15 minutes to meet with his sister, Amelia.
Later Amelia told the press, “He’s doing well. He’s holding [up] in there. He is not struggling, he’s being strong and we’ll see what happens next week.”
Lane is due back in court on May 16. He’s being held without bail on a parole hold for a vehicular manslaughter conviction in 2007.
