Teen Idol Justin Bieber hit his head on a wall of glass and he says, “It really hurt,” RumorFix has learned.

Justin was performing in Paris Thursday when he reached for a railing and slammed into a glass pane. “I felt light-headed,” he tells TMZ. But, always the pro — Justin went back on stage and performed one last song.

Afterward the 18-year-old says he “passed out.” The doctor told him that he has a concussion, but Justin says, “I feel good — I have a bit of a headache.”
