Justin Bieber is being accused of battering a photographer in Calabasas, California.

The incident happened on Sunday afternoon at The Commons shopping center. Sgt. Shrout with the Malibu Sheriff’s Department tells RumorFix that the victim placed a 911 call to authorities at 12:45 p.m. claiming that he had been battered by the pop singer while trying to take pictures of him and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

The victim complained of pain and requested medical assistance on scene. He was transported to a local hospital by ambulance where he was treated and released.

During the melee, witnesses say that Bieber lost one of his shoes and a hat, but Selena recovered the items while trying to calm him.

If anyone’s seen the way they hound, provoke and push it too far to get a photo then chances are the weasel had it coming! The photographer didn’t look too injured! Just ridiculous!
