EXCLUSIVE: Witnesses Defend Chris Brown In Cellphone Case

RumorFix has learned exclusively that Chris Brown has not been cleared of charges in the alleged phone snatching case in Miami but, detectives have set up interviews with new witnesses that could clear him.

The Miami Beach Police Department tells RumorFix that they have scheduled interviews with the out of state witnesses brought forward by Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos. Those interviews are scheduled for the beginning of June.

Brown is accused of stealing a fan’s $500 iPhone when she was trying to take a picture of the R&B singer outside Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach on February 19.

No decision on charges will be made until detectives review all evidence, says the police official.

Brown’s legal team is obviously trying to keep him out of trouble, because the singer is still on probation for his assault against Rihanna three years ago.

      I hate when people talk junk about Chris. He made a mistake. I’m not saying what he did was right.But “Let who without sin cast the first stone.” Everyone has done something that their not proud of..so let him live his life. Just because he has done somethings in the past doesn’t mean he can’t change. There are such things as 2nd chances. And all those that have a problem with him look at yourselves before you judge others.
