Detectives will not start investigating the Justin Bieber assault case until next Monday, a source at the Malibu Sheriff’s Department tells RumorFix.

Bieber was involved in an altercation with a photographer on Sunday, at Calabasas Commons Mall – but it’s not being considered a serious incident, and will not take priority over more important issues like homicides and robberies.
The photographer who Bieber allegedly assaulted was taken to hospital by the Los Angeles Fire Department where he was treated for minor injuries.
