John Travolta’s high-powered attorney, Marty Singer, is claiming that the A-list celebrity was nowhere near the Beverly Hills Hotel when Travolta allegedly committed sexual battery on a male masseur.
According to a lawsuit filed last week, an unidentified male therapist claims the Pulp Fiction actor tried to have sex with the masseur on January 16, 2012. But, Travolta’s attorney states,” On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”
RumorFix has reached out to Singer to see what proof he has, but we haven’t received a response yet.
In the meantime, we’ve complied a timeline of dates and places of where the Oscar winner was seen during the two weeks that allegations were made my two separate male massage therapists.
