Jennifer Lopez has filed legal documents asking a California judge to grant her permission to take her children with Marc Anthony out the state of California. Lopez is making the request so she can take the children with her on her upcoming summer tour.

There is currently an automatic temporary restraining order that prohibits either Marc or Jennifer from taking the kids out of California.

Lopez is asking for a mutual release of the restraining order so that “each of us may travel with our minor children outside of the state, if we so choose, at such times to be mutually agreed upon in the future, without the necessity of seeking a further order of the court, or written consent of the other party.”

A judge will rule on the request on June 26.
