RumorFix has learned exclusively that the Nevada Gaming Commission is continuing it’s investigation into Bobbi Kristina Brown’s alleged underage gambling — but there is one person they won’t interview.

Gaming Commission Deputy Chief David Salas tells RumorFix there’s no need to interview Bobbi Kristina.

He says his investigators are talking to witnesses at the MGM Resort and Casino who saw the 19-year-old at the slot machines on Saturday May 19. Although Splash News has video of Whitney Houston’s underage daughter at the slot machines, investigators say they need more evidence.

If convicted of the misdemeanor, Bobbi Kristina could go to jail for six months or be fined $1,000. It’s illegal to gamble in Las Vegas under the age of 21.
