An official from the DA’s office tells RumorFix there was absolutely no evidence that the incident ever happened, and Lindsay is 100 per cent off the hook.

According to a report obtained by RumorFix, the surveillance video obtained from the Hookah lounge was too grainy to make a positive ID – it shows a car backing up but not hitting anyone. The report also states that Thaer Kamal was a non-credible witness who’s story kept changing.
