Bobby Brown To Whitney Houston: “You Were My Air”

True

In what could be considered a calculated move, Bobby Brown has just released a new song about his ex-wife, Whitney Houston.

Brown premiered the tribute song on Wednesday night during an appearance on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, just months after Houston was found dead inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

“I didn’t realize that every breath I took was from you,” an emotional Brown sang. “You were my air, and I can’t be civilized because I don’t know how to live without you.”

Brown left Houston’s New Jersey funeral early due to problems with seating arrangements, so perhaps this is his way of paying his respects.

“Don’t Let Me Die” will be on Brown’s upcoming album, Masterpiece. You can listen to the tune below.

He should have said all of this while she was alive. To bad you don’t know what you had until it’s gone.
