Music legend Whitney Houston was honored at Sunday night’s Billboard awards in Las Vegas with the prestigious Millennium Award.

Following touching musical tributes by Jordin Sparks and John Legend, Whitney’s daughter Bobbi Kristina accepted the award on her mother’s behalf to a standing ovation.

“I really want to say thank you to everyone who supported us through it all,” she told the audience. “Not just from when it was good but when it was bad, too. Thank you for showing that much love, because she deserved it…I’m just blessed to have been in such an incredible woman’s life. There will never be another one, ever.”

The 19-year-old was accompanied by Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law and former manager, Patricia Houston.
