In honor of Mother’s Day, actor Ben Affleck posted a video on his Facebook page dedicated to the Moms in his life on Friday afternoon, and the “sacrifices, selflessness and courage” of women around the world.

In the video from the father of three’s recent trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo, you’ll see touching footage of the women and organizations working tirelessly to provide for their families. Founded by Affleck in 2009, Eastern Congo Initiative (ECI) focuses on working with and for the people of eastern Congo, and believes that local, community-based approaches are essential to creating a sustainable and successful society in eastern Congo.

The hunky star is asking his subscribers to share the video on Facebook in honor of the Mom’s in their lives!
