The lawyer of the 30-year-old man accusing Lil Wayne and his entourage of assault, is speaking out exclusively to RumorFix.
Alfredo Marino was left bleeding on Fairfax Avenue in Hollywood May 3 after Wayne’s bodyguard allegedly smashed him in the back of the head with a skateboard for taking a photo. We are told that Marino received a concussion from the blow to his skull and saw a neurologist Monday.

Marino’s lawyer Craig Chisvin tells RumorFix that his client, who was immediately rushed to the hospital after the alleged assault, continues to experience symptoms of nausea and dizziness.
Chisvin reveals to us that he has yet to file a lawsuit but is contemplating taking civil action. He says that the hip hop mogul and Company, who police are currently investigating, even took Marino’s camera. Chisvin tells us exclusively, “My client would like proper compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, and any possible loss of earnings or future loss of earnings.”
This is the second time in a month Lil Wayne and his posse are being investigated for assault against a man trying to take a photo.
