By now, you all know that Ms. Lohan has been shooting a guest role on Glee. As as we reported on Wednesday — she was late to the set (possibly up to three hours late). She irritated the crew and cast, she’s been called a “diva” and some reports say she wasn’t totally prepared. BTW, her rep disputes it all — saying it was a misunderstanding and everything was on schedule.

Now on to Octomom, whose real name is Nadya Suleman. In October, she starred in a film called Millineum, where she plays a virgin who suddenly becomes impregnated by a demon. Filmmaker Manzie Jones went on Showbiz Today on Thursday and said, “We’re happy to tell you she showed up on time every day. She was professional — she knew the script and she took it very serious.”

She was paid SAG scale, which is between $100- $575 a day, and she will get of percentage of the movie.
