Was Lindsay Lohan Caught In A Lie?

We now know the name of the woman who accused Lindsay Lohan of assaulting her last week at the Standard Hotel in West Hollywood.

And now Marisa Dugas through her attorney, Mark Haushalter, is going on the defensive calling Lindsay a liar.

All along Lindsay reps have been saying the Liz & Dick star didn’t have a confrontation with anyone that night, they claim she was at home watching TV.

Haushalter appeared on Good Day LA on Thursday saying, “Let’s not forget Lindsay Lohan has a drug addiction problem, a drinking problem, and has been convicted of crimes of dishonesty. Once a lair — always a liar.”

Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, is sticking to the story that Lindsay was at home and tells RumorFix Haushalter is out of line:

“That’s an extremely unprofessional thing for an attorney to say while not knowing any of the facts. I would think it would be prudent to wait to see her results of the investigation before he starts throwing those allegations around.”

      No she wasn’t “caught in a lie”, this whole story is BS!  First off, Marisa never mentioned being pelted with ice cubes like that employee did, they’re stories contradict one another, second, paps were at the entrance all night and never once saw Lindsay, BUT they DID see Amanda Bynes that night, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Marisa saw Amanda and mistook her for Lindsay,people have mistook Paris Hilton for Lindsay in broad daylight, and the Smoke And Mirrors(which is exactly what this guys story is) room is pretty dark, so it would be easy for someone to mistake Amanda for Lindsay in there as they do look kind of similar.  This lawyer is pathetic, name-calling does not look professional on anybody, and this lawyer is only digging his own grave(not to mention his clients) by acting so immature, Shawn Holley will eat this guy for breakfast!

      So its ok for steve honing and linsay lohan lawyers to accuse the woman in question of lying? But not the other way around? The lawyer sounds like a douche but it seems that team lindsay started the public smearing and now that womans lawyer is striking back.

        They weren’t doing any “smearing” that woman was flat out lying, Steve was merely threatening to sue her for filing a false report, now Marisa is making herself look like a complete fool by hiring this jackass, Lindsay was NOT at the Standard!

        Lindsay’s mouth pieces always go an the attack when they need to obfuscate the facts.  They pulled this same stunt when she was caught lying about the necklace Lindsay took from the jewlers last year.  The year before that it was the assult against the rehab worker at the Betty Ford Clinic; and the Beverly Hills boutique that was sueing her for unpaid clothing.  It’s always the same thing with this chick.

      She wasn’t caught in a lie!  That story is total BS!  Mark and Marisa are the real liars!  She’s changed her account of what happened with Lindsay 3 times already, and an employee gave his own account of what happened that night, he said Lindsay’s friends were throwing ice cubes at her(wonder why neither she or her lawyer mentioned that) then they walked up to one another and started fighting and he tried to break it up, sounds like Marisa was trying to get him to lie for her but they couldn’t keep their stories straight!  Hopefully this whole story will be rightfully exposed as the lie it is and Lindsay can get back to her normal life without having to deal with anymore assh*les like these guys!
