If you were looking forward to seeing Hologram Tupac in an arena near you, we have some disappointing news. Dr. Dre, who digitally resurrected the deceased rapper for his Coachella set, is finally going on record and shooting down rumors that he plans on taking the hologram on tour later this year.

“[The hologram] was strictly for Coachella — get it right. I want to get rid of all the rumors out there,” he said. “This was not done for a tour … if a tour happens, we’ll see. This was done strictly for Coachella 2012, baby, just for you.”
