Sharon Osbourne says she didn’t break an oral contract with a jewelry company, because she never had one!
The Talk’s host is being sued by Lucas Design International for breaking an oral deal to sell their jewelry on HSN.
But in a demurrer obtained by RumorFix, Kelly Osbourne’s mom says if — and that’s a big IF — she had a verbal contract with the jeweler why didn’t she reach an agreement on her own compensation?
“Surely, Osbourne would not have agreed to serve as a spokesperson for a product line without reaching an agreement as to the amount of her own compensation,” the document reads.
Lucas is suing for unspecified damages.
