Baby Pearl arrived about a week after her due date.

But dad, Jack Osbourne, and mom, Lisa Stelly, couldn’t be happier.

RumorFix has confirmed the first child for the 26-year-old weighed in at eight pounds and six ounces. Mom tweets, “Thanks everyone for the congrats and well wishes! Pearl is perfect in every way. We can’t wait to show her off :) ”

Jack’s mom, Sharon Osbourne, tweeted, “Today I witnessed my first grandchild being born, life changing experience. She is an angel.”

Jack’s sister, Kelly calls herself, “one proud Auntie!”
