Not So Fast: Tareq Salahi’s $50 Million Lawsuit Isn’t Gone

Don’t think that $50 million lawsuit against former DC Housewife Michaele Salahi and her boyfriend, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, is going away!

RumorFix has learned that the suit will be dismissed if — and that’s an important element that most news reports are leaving out — Tareq Salahi’s attorney can’t fix it and cure the defects.

The lawsuit — that is separate from their divorce — alleges that Journey and the couple are profiting off of Tareq’s misery. “All of these Defendant’s conspired with each other to gain media attention and bolster ticket sales for the band Journey while causing damage to your Plantiff [Tareq],” the documents read.

Tareq’s attorney, Georgia Rossiter, has 21 days to amend the document or the case is thrown out for good.

We are told that the Virginia pit bull attorney has a few things up her sleeve and will fire off the amendment soon.
