True

Some country music stars have a bone to pick with comedian Ashton Kutcher after his appearance at Sunday night’s Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Presenting an award for Female Vocalist of the Year, Kutcher wore a ten-gallon hat and country style blazer on stage drawing the ire of singer Justin Moore who tweeted from the audience:

“Seen Ashton Kutcher at the ACMAs tonight. What a douche! I don’t care for people making a mockery of the way country artists’ dress.”

Kutcher even tried his hand at singing, performing George Strait’s “I Cross My Heart,” before giving over the Female Vocalist of the Year trophy to Miranda Lambert. The next day, Lambert tweeted this out:

“Was Ashton Kutcher making fun of country or is it just me? Watching it back now and I’m kinda wondering?”

And so are we. Watch the video below and let us know what you think in the comments section.

I don’t think he was making fun of anything. He was great!

some stylist put the clothes on him, I’m sure. Let’s not make a bigger deal than just simply that — some stylist thought it appropriate for the event. period. end of clothing controversy. Singing? Well he wasn’t bad. And isn’t he from Iowa? prolly a country music fan of some extent anyway. Artists can be too sensitive. And u know the saying, “opinions are like  . . .  , everybody’s got one” and each is entitled to his/her own opinion. but really, it’s like they’re are looking for something to complain about. He presented b/c his show is on the same network. SIMPLE.
