So, Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino — fresh out of rehab for addiction to prescription drugs — is feeding his other addiction — working out.

The 29-year-0ld was photographed leaving the gym in New Jersey Tuesday after working out with friends. Source tell RumorFix – even when the Sitch was undergoing rehab at Cirque Lodge treatment center in Utah, he kept up a rigorous workout regimen.

The reality star, who is retweeting Twitter messages,  is being fueled by support from fans like Josh Hill, who tweeted:

“Its doesn’t matter how many times you got knocked down, its how many times you get back up @ItsTheSituation”

And, Eamon Sherry, who wrote:

“thumbs up for the situation, get 100% soon dude!”

It looks like he’s well on his way.
