Jennifer Lopez is being sued by her former limo driver for more than $200,000, RumorFix has learned exclusively.

Hakob Manoukian. shutdown his own company La Vie Transportation in April 2011, to work exclusively for J-Lo and Marc Anthony. He claims he was guaranteed an annual salary of $72,000 plus “production pay” that would bring his annual income to $200,000 — matching what he was making running his own business.

Manoukian — who was hired as Head of Security and Transportation — details several run-ins with J-Lo’s high-powered manager, Benny Medina, that eventually resulted in his dismissal.

At one point, “Medina told Manoukian he was not ‘presentable,’ that he could not speak English well enough, that it was a big mistake to hire Monoukian and that he was not sufficiently experienced to handle the job for Lopez.”

Manoukian claims Medina’s “outrageous” behavior including using the F-word caused “extreme humiliation.” Manoukian is suing for wrongful termination and breach of contract. He’s alleging that he’s also owed money for overtime, compensation for skipping meals and his “production pay.” He’s asking for a jury trial.
