Kim Kardashian Not Pressing Charges Against Flour Bomber

Kim Kardashian has decided not to prosecute animal rights activist Christina Cho, the woman who threw flour on her last month.

RumorFix spoke with an official with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, who confirmed Kardashian never intended on pressing charges against Cho, but was not able to release that information until the investigation was complete.

“The case was a battery but [Kim] did not desire a prosecution from the beginning. We have to investigate these things and allow some time to pass and see if everybody’s still of that mind. She has the option at any time to change her mind, but as of today she has not.”
