It looks like the gloves are coming off in the war of words between Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino!

The Real Housewives of OC cast mates are publicly bashing each other on their Bravo blogs because of what happened on Tuesday night’s episode.

In the episode, Gretchen told Alexis that producers for Fox 5 San Diego had asked her to do a weekly segment for them, but she turned it down — and that’s why they offered it to Alexis. She also suggested Alexis take hosting classes, to improve her skills. This caused Alexis to accuse Gretchen of not being supportive, and an exasperated Gretchen is responding to those accusations.

“When Alexis claims she felt like it was hard for me to be happy for her, that really hurt me. I am not and will never be that kind of friend, and thus the reason you see me start to distance myself from her. I am afraid she is becoming delusional and insecure about something that simply is not the case.”

She adds, “Like I said, I am sorry if she took offense to what I said and maybe I could have found a better way to deliver the information looking back now, but bottom line she should know where my heart is. This is the second time she is questioning our friendship this season and blaming it on my newfound friendship with Tamra, which is bull honkey! To me, it’s her own insecurities coming out. We saw it with Peggy and now she is doing it with me.”

      Team Gretchen. She was just being honest, and if they were true friends, Alexis should have taken it and said, “Thank you for the pointers.” She did tell her husband she wanted an acting coach!

        I have to agree, she sought out a coach after digesting the critique she asked for, she didn’t ask Gretchen to be gentle and she only gave constructive criticism.

        I do see problems with her lack of understanding that marriage is indeed a contract, and that to go where she wants, she may have to re-locate her “kingdom” so to speak…

        But I’m all for her continuing knocking off dresses for barbies!

      Team Alexis.gretchen was not being a friend.she has been looking all season for a way to drop alexis.since now she hangs with the mean girls.not vicki.they should bring back lauri and get rid of gretchen or tamra.maybe alexis will go full time on GH or something els and she can leave the show.she has not a mean bone in her body.sweet person.

      I am not on either side-both act worse than 5 year olds.  Bravo should bring back Lauri and Jeana  and get rid of Gretchen(Slade)/Tamara/Alexis.  I really like the new girl Heather, she is sassy and does not mind saying who she thinks is being real or false.

      I have to agree with Alexis. I think she is a really good and sincere friend regardless of her shortcomings. Not that Gretchen isn’t, but I’ve seen Alexis on numerous occasions never seem an ounce jealous of Gretchen even though she could be for obvious reasons and she’s also always willing to stick her neck out in support of her. I cant say the same completely for Gretchen. Gretchen is more willing to let her friend look stupid than to rock the boat.

      Team Gretchen!!! Alexis is a grown woman that acts her daughters age! Silly she wants to be all sophisticated but she acts like some valley girl. Also always trying to size people up! And the news anchor this is CRAZY she obviously isnt good at that either. She should stick to making dresses cause that what she is kinda good at! And no Gretchen didn’t do that great at singing either it was bad and she should stick to making make-up and purses :)

      I think Alexis is at a point in her life where she has to make a choice–and fast. Choose the fantasy “king” “bidness man” Freddy Flinstone husband’s lie of a life (hello IRS and FBI) or reality of women have brains can be religious, love their families and hold jobs. Make the right choice Alexis! I think you’re sweet. But you are a classic abused woman –VERBAL abuse is abuse.

      I also agree with some of the other comments, PLEASE bring back the old cast mates, laurie, Jeana, Kimberly, shoot I wouldn’t even mind Jo! LOL I been saying that for seasons, BRAVO needed to stick to the old format because the new shows with nothing but drama and yelling is getting old old old!

      Is this Bravo’s attempt at fixing the hate viewers have for Tamra and now towards Gretchen and building against Heather for their gang up on Tamra…??? All positive stories about the other POOR OC castmates who are distressed over the big bad faunting unreal Alexis…? So now the other ladies are locking arms with Tamra..poor sweet picked on Tamra and defending their horrible behavior…because if they all say it is Alexis that is so awful then it must be so.

      team alexis, alexis had been there for her for all the mean things that tamra did and said about her and slade.  just because alexis did not like gretchen telling the world that the job was offered to her first, way to burst alexis’ bubbles, and alexis did not let gretchen in her hotel room after throwing her under the bus, does not mean that Alexis is insecure and delusional, she was just hurt,  hurt by a friend she had protected and defended for all these years.

      I was surprised by Gretchen’s behavior. She turned mean. I really like Alexsis. I didn’t agree with what Peggy would say about her ‘competing’ with her. I didn’t see it like that. I think Alexdis is the type of person who actually listens to people & tries to really understand where other people are coming from & I think it’s natural when you’re around your peers who you have things in common with to talk about your similarities. I think she’s ganged up on a lot. It isn’t nice to watch.
