Exclusive: Lindsay Lohan Responds to Rosie O’Donnell Diss

Lindsay Lohan’s camp is firing back at Rosie O’Donnell after Rosie slammed the troubled actress on NBC’s Today.

O’Donnell is furious over the casting of Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming biopic. “I don’t think she’s right for the role and I don’t think she’s capable at this point to portray that character.”

And when it was suggested that Lohan was this generation’s Elizabeth Taylor, Rosie fired back, “You’re out of your mind! You’re a crackhead! The last thing she did good she was sixteen.”

Asked about those comments by RumorFix, Lohan’s rep issued this statement to us:

“I think Rosie should focus on her own career and stop worrying about everybody else.”

And judging by the fact her show on OWN was just canceled, Rosie might want to heed that advice.

      I think Rosie is right. Lindsay is still hanging in bars. It’s only a matter of or time until something happens again. She should go into a long term treatment place. And stop go to bars with your dad. Michael should be a parent not a friend. Hollywood should stop rewarding bad behavior.

      While Rosie might be right, her behavior to the other members of that panel was awful. Rosie, I think it’s time that you go to Bitter Dyke Island and get some help

      Rosie is in need of therapy.  Lindsey is a good choice for Elizabeth Taylor.  I wouldn’t count her out.  Elizabeth wasn’t a lilly whit person Rosie.  She stole Debbie Reynolds husband.  Had lots of affairs, married I don’t know how many times.  She was a person with faults.  Aren’t we all.
