TV icon Dick Clark will be honored in a private memorial service, RumorFix has learned exclusively.

PICTURES: Inside Dick Clark’s Flintstone-Style House

Dick’s longtime publicist, Paul Shefrin tells RumorFix the service will be by “invitation only.”

While details of the “private” service are not being revealed, we have been told the tribute will take place at one of Dick’s Malibu homes and as you might imagine friends from TV and radio will be there to honor “The World’s Oldest Teenager” with his widow Kari and his children, Richard, Duane and Cindy.
