RumorFix has obtained images of the two men planning to file a federal lawsuit against ABC and the creators of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
The men, Nathaniel Claybrooks (pictured left) and Christopher Johnson (pictured right), claim that they were denied a chance to appear on the popular dating show because they were black.
A source close to the plaintiffs tells RumorFix that the men auditioned to be The Bachelor in August 2011, but claims they were denied on the basis of their color. They are planning on filing a lawsuit in a federal court on Wednesday afternoon.
UPDATE: At a press conference on Wednesday, the plaintiffs insist that they had no idea of a lawsuit when they went in to audition for The Bachelor. They say they were not taken seriously by the producers, with Johnson being asked to leave before his interview even started and Claubrooks being interviewed for barely a couple of minutes.
