Dave Grohl is responding to accusations by Courtney Love that he seduced Frances Bean Cobain, Courtney’s child with late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.
In a bizarre Twitter rant earlier this week, Courtney said Grohl was obsessed with Frances Bean, 19, and tried to have an inappropriate sexual relationship with her.
“The driver … who drove Dave Grohl my daughter was telling me what st on laurel canyon and that he had his hands all over her. I heard it was a flirtation then I heard from the driver that drove them. Well if bean did have sex with dave grohl which I’ve now heard reliable sources and a driver 3rd time, it’s fine on her part, he’s insane.”

She added, “I hear from frannies roommate that dave grohl hit on frances and that she was curious, i’m not mad at her, him i am about to shoot dead.”
But Grohl insists the accusations are hateful and completely groundless:
“Unfortunately Courtney is on another hateful twitter rant. These new accusations are upsetting, offensive and absolutely untrue.”
UPDATE: Frances has released this statement:
“While I’m generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I’m in a monogamous relationship and very happy.
Twitter should ban my mother.”
