The Chief Operating Officer at Deutsch, Kerrigan, & Stiles Law Firm says that he doesn’t want an apology from Russell Brand for allegedly tossing an iPhone through his firm’s window, he just wants the damage fixed.

RumorFix just spoke with Don Champagne who told us, “I was there after the incident and one windowpane is broken. I don’t have an estimate of the damage yet. I just want my damages paid for.”

Brand, who is currently in New Orleans filming a movie, is accused of snatching a paparazzi’s cell phone and throwing it through the window out of frustration. Don tells us that the producers of Brand’s film have already reached out to him about the repairing the window. “The responsible party has already agreed to pay the damages so I’m fine. [Brand's] producer told me that.”

And our favorite possessed hipster can rest easy as Mr. Champagne tells us that he doesn’t intend to press charges, and is indifferent about receiving an apology. “I don’t care.”
