Here's one role that Eva Longoria is probably happy she didn't get.

Marc Cherry's attorneys wanted to call the Desperate Housewives star into court Friday to testify in his trial against Nicollette Sheridan.

But, Judge Elizabeth Allen White wanted no part of it.

Cherry's attorneys wanted Eva to testify that the Desperate Housewives creator is hands on with his cast including picking Eva up and placing her on a different part of the set.

Sheridan, who claims Cherry slapped her and then fired her, is suing for $4 million.
