This may look like Jack Nicholson, but it's actually a picture of Joao Pedro Dos Santos -- or at least that's what one Brazilian man wants you to believe.

Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros, 41, was arrested in Recife, Brazil after allegedly trying to open a bank account using a fake ID with the picture of Hollywood actor and the fake name, Joao Pedro Dos Santos.

The fake ID uses a 2003 portrait from a magazine shoot. As his own ID shows, Ricardo looks nothing like Jack Nicholson.

According to police, the crafty Brazilian had used fake documentation to set up as many as four companies, then withdrew as much as $275,000 from bank accounts set up through the companies before disappearing and defaulting on the debt.

Ricardo was eventually caught by a bank employee who noticed irregularities when the alleged conman tried to open up another bank account.

Richardo was found with five additional IDs and several check books and credit cards at the time of the arrest. He has denied charges of using fake documents and could face up to nine years in prison.
