According to court documents obtained exclusively by RumorFix, Zsa Zsa Gabor and Prince Frederic Von Anhalt have defaulted on their loan for their Bel Air mansion.
DOCUMENTS: Zsa Zsa Gabor & Prince Frederic Default On Loan
The documents show that they owe $84,815.55 in back payments on the property. The couple took out a $3.9 million loan for the home in 2006.
Last January, the prince said he wanted to sell the four bedroom, five-and-a half bath mansion for $28 million. He said he’d rather put his $30,000 monthly payment toward medical care for his 95-year-old wife. But in June 2011, the estate was officially put on the market for $15 million.

The “Hollywood Regency Style” home has an outdoor pool and about 6,000 square feet of living space. The 1.05 acre-property also has views of the ocean, Downtown LA, Santa Monica and Catalina Islands.
The documents also state that the bank has not been able to reach Prince Frederic to avoid foreclosure.
UPDATE: RumorFix was able to reach Prince Frederic and he tells us the bank made a mistake.
