Charlie Sheen’s Ex, Brooke Mueller, Escapes Jail Time

RumorFix has confirmed that Charlie Sheen’s ex, Brooke Mueller, has reached a plea deal that will keep her out of jail.

In December, the former reality star was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor in Aspen  for possession and intent to distribute under four grams of cocaine.

Our sources say Mueller will plead guilty to felony possession of cocaine under four grams and in exchange the other charges will be dismissed.

Mueller, who underwent an intensive rehab program after the arrest, will not be sent to jail, instead she will be placed on 12 months probation.

BTW, Brooke’s twins, Max and Bob, turned three on Wednesday.
