While police investigated the death of Whitney Houston on the fourth floor of the Beverly Hilton hotel, several of music’s biggest names paid tribute to the singing legend on the first floor of the historic hotel.

Stars like Alicia Keys, Toni Braxton, Kim Kardashian, Amber Rose, Tony Bennett, Ciara and Ne-yo attended Clive Davis’ pre Grammy party inside the Beverly Hilton — the same event Houston was reportedly preparing for before passing away at the age of 48.

While RumorFix appreciates the notion of “the show must go on,” we find it a bit uncomfortable that Hollywood would host a party inside the same hotel where Whitney died, while her body was still inside the hotel.
