30 Rock funnyman Tracy Morgan has been accused by his family of letting his mother’s home slip into foreclosure … and not stepping in to help her out.

His sister Asia Morgan went public with the story on Tuesday, telling a New York newspaper that their mother Alicia Warden owes less than $25,000 on her home but is unable to make any more payments and the bank is threatening foreclosure.

She says the family reached out to Tracy for help but he refused.

But Tracy – who’s net worth is estimated at $18 million – tells RumorFix that he’s not being selfish and that there are reasons behind his decision.

He said “For reasons that are between us, I have not seen my Mother in 11 years and outside of a random call here and there have had little to no contact with my sister.”

And he’s not happy that this family feud has gone public, telling us  “We all have personal family issues that we have to deal with in life, but I choose to deal with mine in private and not through the media.”
