Police: We’re Not Investigating Whitney Houston’s Death Photo

Beverly Hills Police tell RumorFix that they are not investigating the leak of a Whitney Houston death photo. The picture, which was published by TMZ, showed the superstar’s lifeless body being wheeled out on a gurney from the Beverly Hills Hotel on February 11.

A tabloid website reports that Whitney’s family including mom, Cissy Houston, has asked law enforcement to look into the leak.

But, Mark Rosen from Beverly Hills PD tells us they are not investigating anything like that. In fact, he says, there was never a request from Whitney’s family.

Although taking the photo was disrespectful, the lieutenant says he isn’t sure any laws were broken.
