In the picture, the actor appears to have lost a staggering amount of weight, with some sites even speculating the actor may be dying.
Not so says his rep. She told RumorFix “Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any media outlet to speculate otherwise is reckless, thoughtless and irresponsible.”
