Sources extremely close to Christina Aguilera are slamming reports that the singer is “going through a private hell.” Star magazine is claiming in their latest issue that the pop star is a wreck that “parties all night.”

“She’s out of control, and hated by The Voice co-stars and crew. She is getting wasted a lot and just embarrassing herself,” an unidentified person tells the magazine.

The tabloid also claims that on January 12, the diva left her son, Max, on his 4th birthday to go get drunk.

But according to an incredibly reliable source close to Aguilera, this is one big fat load of malarkey! The insider tells us, “This is all false. Notice the photos [in the magazine] are over one year old. Christina hasn’t shot The Voice since last year so there are no ‘problems’ as they state. And she is busy working and recording and doing very well,” our insider reveals.

“There are also photos from Max’s birthday the day before, of, and after where she and Max are at Legoland and at the hotel. Nobody is drunk by ANY means,” the insider continues.
