Tabloid favorite LeAnn Rimes says she’s living life in “pain” after having minor face surgery earlier this week.

The country singer is believed to have undergone a jaw and mouth procedure, but is on the road to recovery — just a bumpy road. LeAnn Tweeted over the weekend:

“K, coming clean….I had minor surgery this week and I’ve been in SO much pain it’s not even funny.”

She added, ”Nothing major, just annoying! Pain, pain go away! When it’s mouth pain and jaw pain, it makes your whole head pound! YUCK.”

Despite the “pain” LeAnn spent her Saturday afternoon lounging around a pool in a bikini with pals. Maybe some fun in the sun had her feeling better because she later tweeted:

“The pain is subsiding finally for a moment … My head has been vibrating all day. Maybe the sand under my feet is helping.”
