EXCLUSIVE: Terminator 3′s Nick Stahl Locked In Nasty Custody Battle

Court documents obtained by RumorFix reveal secrets about Terminator 3 star Nick Stahl like his salary and alleged drug use.

Nick’s wife, Roseann Stahl, has filed for full custody over their two-year-old daughter Marlo Murphy Stahl. Roseann is requesting that Nick only be granted visitations with these restrictions:

  • His visits must be monitored by a professional visitation monitor
  • He must pay for the monitor
  • He must submit to a drug test proving he hadn’t used drugs or alcohol within 24 hours of the visit
  • The results must be provided to Roseann six hours before the visit

The documents also reveal that movie star made approximately $500,000 last year. Roseann, who is also requesting child support, estimated her monthly expenses at $6,065.  Interestingly she got a deal on a car lease of a Mercedes — she’s paying $325 a month.
