So we reached out to Chef Wayne Elias, who tells us, “I am so happy to be catering this even for my eighth year and it is the 20th anniversary of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.”

Wayne has teamed up with Top Chef’s Cat Cora for the dinner that will feed 900 people.
