Maynard won the heart of Brad Womack on season 15 of the Bachelor but called it quits just months after the show ended, telling viewers that commitment issues were the deal-breakers in her relationship with the hunky Bachelor star. Since then, the mom-of-one has been rumored to be in talks with ABC. ’

A source extremely close to the Bachelor production team tells RumorFix “there’s a 90% chance that Emily Maynard will be the next Bachelorette.”
Our source adds, “Emily definitely wants to be the next Bachelorette. She filled out the paperwork, but that doesn’t 100% mean she’ll be chosen. ABC won’t decide until this season is over because they want to see how the audience reacts to the current group of girls. There may be a girl this season that the audience likes even more than Emily.”
For instance, Aames Brown was initially picked to be the Bachelor for this season, but the audience responded so well to Ben Flajnik that Aames was passed over.
