Although there were rumors that Bethenny Frankel was having a hard time getting her new talk show off the ground, RumorFix has confirmed that the former Real Housewives of New York star has sold her talk show Bethenny for a six week summer run on FOX Television stations and she’s got a high-powered producer.
Ellen DeGeneres will be an executive producer for the daily, one-hour entertainment talk show that features Bethenny’s no-nonsense perspective on pop culture, current events and relationships.
The author, enterpreneur and reality star says, “I’m absolutely thrilled to be working with Telepictures, Ellen DeGeneres and FOX in doing what I believe is the next best step in my life and my career. My passion is connecting to, inspiring and being inspired by my fans. I’m ready for the challenge of this new adventure, and I’m going to tackle it like I do everything else in my life. The queen of too much information is coming to daytime.”
A six-week run seems to be the new formula FOX uses to roll out a new show– they did that with Wendy Williams and they are also doing with Mike Huckabee.
