The first time American Idol alums Ace Young, 31,  and Diana DeGarmo, 24, met each other they were naked.

The hunky Colorado native tells RumorFix that the two singers were co-stars in the Broadway production of Hair when the moment of truth happened.

“When we took off our clothes in the show, we were facing each other,” Ace says. “She was looking at me and she was taking off her outfit and she says, ‘You good? You’re not looking are you?’ I said, ‘Nope. You’re not looking are you?’”

But the singer/songwriter now admits to RumorFix, “I lied. I had already looked up and down and I was sold from the moment I saw her.”

Ace now calls that “foreplay” that took place in front of 1500 other people.

And, the Idols have been making beautiful music together since August. And, they are literally making music together too. The couple sang together for the Hollywood Christmas Parade and they are writing music for each other.

Ace, who says he’s never felt this way before, is living with his new love in Los Angeles.
