Selena Gomez’s Alleged Stalker Order To Stay Away Until Next Year

Selena Gomez is practically guaranteed a drama-free holiday season — that, of course, isn’t taking into account boyfriend Justin Bieber’s paternity case.

But we digress.

The Disney starlet, who was in fear of being harmed by Thomas Brodnicki, got a restraining order extended until the end of the year. Brodnicki is under a 5150 (involuntary psychiratric) order and is in a county mental hospital. You may remember, the 46-year-old made faces the last time he was in court and he says he speaks to God and entertained thoughts of killing the Wizards of Waverly Place star.

The judge didn’t want to make the order permanent until Brodnicki could appear in court himself — and it’s unknown when he may be released from the hospital.
