Dawn Wells, best known as Mary Ann in Gilligan’s Island, is being forced to be tough — something that is out of character for her girl-next-door character.
RumorFix has learned exclusively that Dawn is suing Hair Solutions By Me Inc. for allegedly breaching her contract and not paying her at least $70,000 that she claims is due to her.
The lovable Mary Ann was supposed to be the spokesperson for “Effortless Extensions,” but the lawsuit claims appearances weren’t arranged for her, and her ideas for PR and marketing were ignored. She claims the contract was illegally terminated on November 18, 2010.
