Mariah Yeater’s ex-boyfriend and the alleged father of her baby has been arrested for burglary and drug possession.
RumorFix has confirmed that Robert “Robbie” Powell, 23, was arrested and booked on Saturday November 26 at 11.41 p.m. He was charged with three counts of burglary (all felonies), one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and one count of possession of a controlled substance (felony).
Powell is currently being held in San Diego Central Jail and is not eligible for release on bail. The San Diego jail doesn’t release mug shots.
Although there are reports that Robbie believes he’s the father of baby Tristyn, Yeater has accused singer Justin Bieber of being the biological father, something the singer denies. Bieber recently confirmed a DNA test was taken in order to prove he is not the father.
