Kimora Lee Simmons And husband Djimon Hounsou have called it quits. MediaTakeOut reports that the couple, who have one child together, have decided to separate because of “friction” in the marriage … or have they?

Kimora was recently photographed without her wedding ring, further fueling rumors of a split. And a source tells MTO that things have not been so “rosy behind closed doors,” between the two, but RumorFix has learned the split rumors are completely bogus.

Kimora tweeted that the breakup reports aren’t true, telling a follower that MTO’s report “isn’t so.” She also re-tweeted several messages from fans blasting the website for spreading the rumor.

Kimora and Djimon wed in 2008, and are still happily married.
