A video surfaced from The Daily over the weekend of Miley Cyrus at her 19th birthday party where the pop star commented on her birthday cake that was in the shape of Bob Marley, a reputed pot smoker — but now her BFF is saying it was just a joke.

“This is amazing, she said on the video, “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a ‘Bob Miley’ cake. You know you smoke way too much f***ing weed.”  Kelly Osbourne, who threw the bash, then says, “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley.”

Now Kelly is setting the record straight saying the whole thing was a joke!

Kelly used Twitter to explain what happened:

“Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident were started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE! It makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is something that she is not.”

Later she tweeted, “u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filing/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think”
