Drake is laughing off a rumor that he was elbowed in the face by Chris Brown after the two got into an argument over Brown’s ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. When the rumor went viral, RumorFix was the first to set the record straight, but now Drizzy is doing it himself.

“I respect Chris Brown,” he tells the Daily Beast. “I’d like to call myself a friend—I don’t know if I’m allowed to do that, but I definitely didn’t get elbowed in my face. Somebody would’ve got knocked the f*ck out.”

Just this week, Brown spazzed on Twitter over people asking him about Rihanna, and earlier this year he went ballistic while backstage at GMA after he was asked about his ex. Clearly, Brown has some anger issues which made the Drake story somewhat believable, but now you know it’s not just in case you missed our first story.
